100 word challenge

I have always wanted to go on an adventure in that dark and gloomy forest, as sometimes it has a weird glow in it. So that's why I'm going to go and wander... in it now! I peered into the dark spooky place. I took my first step into it, and I heard a crackle. It was only the sound of my sneakers on the stiff twigs below my feet. It got darker as I tiptoed deeper into the forest.

All of a sudden I stepped into a colony of fireflies. No wonder there was sometimes a sparkle in the forest.

Alcatraz prison

It was a cold crisp night, I was curled up on the ground shivering half frozen.

The walls were one meter apart from each other.

I decided to get warm in my thin bed.

Sometimes I hear the howls of the locked up ghosts, I slowly drifted off to sleep.

But got woken up by the bright sun in the morning. I heard somebody walking down the hallway, and then a loud SLAP. on the stone cold ground there was a some sort of sloppy mixture.

It was my breakfast I took a taste of it..it tasted like uncooked porridge.
